Don’t you just love the days when you have enough time to do some serious cooking? Last Sunday I was able to spend the whole afternoon in the kitchen. My (very enjoyable) production line pumped out (from left to right) bread, yoghurt (seen here with the milk cooling), pear and apple jam (recipe to follow) and my healthier tasted muesli (recipe coming on that too!). I was rather exhausted by the end of it all but very contented.
